Just wanted to check in and ask you to pass the message on to your four-person crew that comes by in the morning. Please let them know that the litter services that they carry out every morning is phenomenal. This morning and 2 weeks in a row when I came by to check up on the property, I did not find one single cigarette butt in the parking lot nor did I find any along the curb lines. Hey Tony, I had my walkthrough with the board members this afternoon and man oh man what a big difference the power washing did in the underground parking lot you guys did an amazing job.

I've been very pleased with the litter program your team has put in place for the 2 properties side by side. Our residents are very happy with the way the visitors parking lot, stairwells and the undergrounds are looking. Your team is doing a wonderful job.

Here is my Testimonial – Hello Tony & Robin, I hope this email finds you both well. Last Year we underwent a major renovation of our basement. The renovation included a brand-new bathroom, washroom and two bedrooms as well as a rec/entertainment area. Initially we provided you with the architectural drawings and the plans to maximize our basement space to our vision. We removed and re-did the flooring, removed and rebuilt walls and ceilings, installed pot lights and new windows and doors throughout. Tony, Robin & their team were absolutely a joy to work with. When we had an issue come up along the way you guys & the team were able to deal with it in a professional manner, In addition you always had options for us to ensure that the project continued to stay oncourse and on budget. Gentlemen you and your team made everything possible and nothing impossible and for that we are forever grateful. Tony, your communication skills throughout our renovation was fantastic, we always felt at ease and never worried about anything as you practically called us every day at least twice to update us with everything going on. Robin, your management skills and attention to detail was flawless, you were there from start to finish of our renovations and you were constantly on top of the trades. We feel truly blessed and happy that we came across your company. Both John and I cannot thank you guys and your team enough. Our newly renovated basement is something we both fall in love with day after day.
